Amaravati: TDP MLA G V Anjaneyulu said the Prime Minister's office lost people’s confidence as it has allowed YSRCP Rajya Sabha member Vijay Sai Reddy to meet him.

Speaking to reporters at the Assembly media point, Anjaneyulu pointed out that Vijay Sai Reddy was accused No.2 in 11 cases of money laundering registered against YSRCP chief Jagan.

He wondered how the PMO allowed him to meet the Prime Minister. The TDP MLA drew a comparison between Vijay Sai Reddy and Vijay Mallya and said the former was more dangerous.

The TDP leader suspected that there might have been a quid pro quo deal between the YSRCP and BJP leaders and hence the saffron party was targeting Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

Unless there was a quid pro quo deal, how could Vijay Sai Reddy warn Chandrababu Naidu that he would send the latter to jail, he questioned.
Anjaneyulu flayed the YSRCP for adopting double standards.

He said YSRCP president Jaganmohan Reddy was taking part in a Padayatra in AP demanding SCS to State and also talking about no-confidence motion against the Centre, but his party colleague and MP Vijay Sai Reddy was making rounds to the PM’s office.
