Speaking at a programme, the chief manager of the branch, V Ramakrishna Rao said that as part of Canara Bank Vidya Jyothi programme, the scholarships had been given to the students.
He suggested the students to get good results in studies to reach the goals. The bank would provide financial assistance to the merit students for their higher studies.
The school in-charge Head Master BV Gopinath and others participated in the programme.
