Addressing fertilizer and pesticide dealers here on Sunday, he felt that there was need of qualification to sell fertilizers and pesticides.Guntur District Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Atukuri Anjaneyulu demanded that the government change norms to sell the pesticides.
