Ganta Sinivasa Rao conducts review meet on Andhra University convocation
Minister for HRD Ganta Sinivasa Rao conducted a review meeting with Andhra University and district officials at Circuit House here on Sunday in connection with Andhra University 85th convocation which is scheduled for May 30 in the city.
Visahkhapatnam: Minister for HRD Ganta Sinivasa Rao conducted a review meeting with Andhra University and district officials at Circuit House here on Sunday in connection with Andhra University 85th convocation which is scheduled for May 30 in the city.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister said that the Governor ESL Narasimhan and Vice-President of NITI Aayog Rajeev Kumar will be attending the convocation which is to be held at the Andhra University Convocation Hall.
Giving clarity on conducting ‘Dharma Porata Deeksha’ at Andhra University Engineering ground, Minister said that during academic holidays political parties can conduct meetings on the premises of universities and it is an income generation to the university. Andhra University Vice-Chancellor G Nageswara Rao, district education officer B Lingeswara Reddy and others were present at the review meeting.
