Visakhapatnam: A 30-day summer camp of Sree Kalyan Arts Academy, which was conducted under the aegis of Dattatreya Colony Welfare Association at Dattatreya Colony Community Hall, concluded here on Sunday.

More than 25 students, who took part in the summer camp, displayed their paintings and art works at the valedictory function. The children took part in drawing, painting, still life painting, lettering, mask making, water colour painting, poster colour painting, nature painting, cursive writing, pencil shading and making of crafts.

B Mahesh, Public Relations Officer, Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Narasimha Rao, president of Dattatreya Colony Welfare Association, KN Rajan, AGM, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Vishali Rajan were among the guests who were present on the occasion.

The dignitaries and chief guests gave away certificates to the participants. Speaking on this occasion, KV Ramana, art director of the summer camp, stressed the importance of art and craft in digital life.
