APVKS forms Delta Committee
The West Godavari Delta District Committee for Andhra Pradesh Vyavasaya Karmika Sangham (APVKS) was elected at a district-level meeting held at Velpuru in Tanuku mandal.
Bhimavaram: The West Godavari Delta District Committee for Andhra Pradesh Vyavasaya Karmika Sangham (APVKS) was elected at a district-level meeting held at Velpuru in Tanuku mandal.
The meeting has resolved to divide the district committee into Delta and Upland committees for the convenience of the APVKS, said district secretary Jakkamsetty Satyanarayana here on Wednesday.
He said that the delta committee elected Batireddy George as President of APVKS Delta district Committee. The meeting elected Jakkamsetty Satyanarayana as Secretary. Gorla Ramakrishna, M Anjaneyulu, Chebolu Satyanarayana, Nalli Ratnakumari elected as Vice-Presidents. Yadla Chittibabu, Bhalla China Veerabhdra Rao and Pilli Prasad were elected as Assistant Secretaries and another 14 members as executive committee members.
