RMC plea to pay tax before June-end

Rajamahendravaram: Municipal Corporation (RMC) Commissioner Sumit Kumar Gandhi has said that the tax payers can pay property tax and vacant land tax without interest before this month-end.
Speaking to officials here on Wednesday, he said the corporation would remove tap connections if the tax payers failed to pay the taxes before this month-end. He advised the tax payers to clear outstanding tax dues also.
The corporation is having necessary information about vacant lands in the city and there is no compromise in collecting taxes.
He appealed to the tax payers to pay their taxes without interest.
