VIT in MoU with UMD
G Viswanathan ,Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) – AP Chancellor and Daniel Little, Chancellor, University of Michigan- Dearborn (UMD) exchanged Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for 2+2 BBA programme at UMD-Campus, Detroit, Michigan, USA.
Vijayawada: G Viswanathan ,Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) – AP Chancellor and Daniel Little, Chancellor, University of Michigan- Dearborn (UMD) exchanged Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for 2+2 BBA programme at UMD-Campus, Detroit, Michigan, USA.
VIT-AP School of Business (VSB), VIT-AP University at Amaravati, AP offers a BBA programme with option to get BBA from UMD, said Dean Raju Balakrishnan, College of Business.
He said that the students taking BBA programme from UMB, USA will study 2 years at VIT-AP and 2 years at UMD.
He said that merit and merit-cum-need scholarships are offered to students with exceptional academic record and performance at state / national level in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
He said that the scholarship provided will cover up to 50 percent of the academic fees. A few full scholarships are available for outstanding candidates, which covers 100 percent of the academic fees, he added.
Bala Krishnan said that interested candidates can apply online and take the interview in person by visiting the campus or via skype.
