Vijayawada: The Krishna District Weightlifting Association (KDWA) would organise Krishna District Weightlifting Competitions-2018 at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium here on September 9.
According to KDWA Secretary K Damodara Rao and president Chennupati Vazeer here on Thursday, the competition will be held in Boys, Girls, Men and Women categories.
Sub-junior category will be under 17 years age, Juniors category will be under 20 years age and seniors category will be above 20 years of age, said Danodara Rao.
He said that all the participants should report at KDWA on September 9 at 7 am, with age proof certificates (Aadhaar and Study proof and municipal DoB).
The winners of this competition will participate at the state-level tournament.
