Vijayawada: To lead a happy and peaceful life after retirement, insurance was very important to everyone, said LIC senior manager D Rama Rao.
He participated at the monthly meeting at Senior Citizens Association hall here on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Rama Rao said that LIC was a government organisation and one should save something for future which would repay you in the form of pension.
This pension would be helpful in times of health issues and other problems, he added.
Association president M Venkateswara Rao, Association vice-president SSR Murthy, LIC officials D Sambasiva Rao, Suryacharyulu and others were present.
