Special pujas mark Ganesh Navaratri programme in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: As part of the ongoing Ganesh Navaratri festival, special pujas were organised to Lord Ganesh at One-Town on Friday.

As many as 108 women participated in the recitation of Sri Lalitha Sahasranama, Lakshmi Kunkumarchana and Suhasani Puja. 

In all 800 women participated in the mass recitation of the Sahasranama on the occasion.

Lord Ganesh was decorated and appeared as Vijaya Ganapathi. 

Special pujas and harati was performed to mark the occasion. Women and devotees throng the temple in huge number since morning.

A Sridevi, G Prasanna, G Lakshmi Bramarambha, M Sivaparvathi and others were participated.
