Indian Culinary Institute inaugurated by Venkaiah Naidu in Tirupati

Tirupati: The Indian Culinary Institute in Tirupati built at a cost of Rs.99 crores was inaugurated by the Vice President of India M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday.

He also inaugurated two tourism circuits under Swadeshi Darshan scheme completed in East Godavari and Nellore districts through remote control. Later addressing the gathering, Venkaiah stressed the importance of culinary institute and called for familiarising age-old cuisines and tastes of India which have no match in the world and time-tested.

Union minister for Tourism KJ Alphonse, State Ministers for Tourism and Industry Bhuma Akhilapriya Reddy and N Amarnath Reddy and several other dignitaries also spoke on the occasion.
