Kakinada: BJP Andhra Pradesh official spokesperson Tummala Padmaja strongly refuted the ‘false propaganda’ of the Congress on Rafale deal.
In a press release on Tuesday, Padmaja while refuting the allegation said that the Congress which had many scams and dubious deals such as Bofors to its credit, had no moral right to question the honest Modi government on the deal.
The BJP leader felt that this shows the hollowness of the Congress and lack of knowledge on this issue by its leaders.
Padmaja said that instead of opting for purchase agreement made under UPA, the NDA government under Narendra Modi had opted for making the Rafale aircraft in India there by opting for saving of thousands of crores of rupees for the country’s exchequer, she revealed.
The BJP leader asked the Congress to play the role of responsible opposition instead of making fake allegations and mudslinging on the honest Modi government.
