Jagan noticed an auto carrying pregnant woman was struck in the crowd gathered at the meeting venue . The YSR Congress leader stopped his speech and requested people to give way to the auto ensuring the pregnant women is rushed to hospital immediately.
He criticized the TDP government for abandoning 108 ambulance services . In YSR regime, the services were more effective.
