Braille slates donated to library in Rajahmundry
Sri Saibaba Satsang Centre members of Syamala Nagar have donated slates for writing in Braille to Gowthami Regional Library for the benefit of blind students
ajamahendravaram: Sri Saibaba Satsang Centre members of Syamala Nagar have donated slates for writing in Braille to Gowthami Regional Library for the benefit of blind students.
The members donated the slates in connection with the 65th birth anniversary of Sadguru Sainadhuni Sarat Bapuji.
Librarian TV Rao congratulated the members for donating the slates for the blind students.
Later, he said national library week will be celebrated from October 9th to October 20th in the library by conducting various competitions.
Mandal-level competitions will be held on October 9th, district level competitions on October 11, and zonal level competitions on October 20th.
The competitions will be held for youth, women, farmers, senior citizens and librarians in essay-writing, elocution and various other topics.
Mandal-level competitions will be held at Sitampeta library and remaining in regional library.
He appealed to the interested to avail this opportunity.
