Giddalur: Yuva Care Welfare Association has bagged a certificate of “Best Service Supporter” given by the newly-formed Kalam Trust of Tirupati for conducting blood donation camps, distributing leftover food to the needy, going to the rescue of affected people during devastations and educating poor students.
Shaik Mohd Arifuddin, president of the society, received the certificate along with a memento from Dr G Muniratnam (Ross Founder) and Rotarian Dr Rameshnath Lingutla, Reach Foundation chairman, during the launch of Kalam trust and website on Sunday.
Representatives of several organisations from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh attended the function.
