Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has said that while the officials were working day and night to help the Titli cyclone victims, some vested interests were hell bent on creating tension and defame the hard work being done by the officials.
He said that the Government would take strong action against all those who were trying to obstruct the relief and rehabilitation works. He said if they can, they should aid and assist in the relief works and not obstruct them.
The Chief Minister toured Kotabommali, Santabommali and Tekkali mandals to take stock of the situation on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that he would ensure that Tekkali town would be developed on the lines of Srikakulam.
He said the Government would construct an underpass near Boppayipuram. He said the Government would do everything it can to provide relief and rehabilitation to the cyclone affected people.
