Golden sword presented to Srisailam temple

Kurnool: Kankara Ravindra Reddy, a resident of Hyderabad, accompanied with his family members visited Srisailam temple. After offering prayers to presiding deities Bhramaramba Devi and Mallikarjuna Swamy, Ravindra Reddy presented the golden sword to temple Executive Officer (EO) Sriramachandra Murthy in the temple premises.
Earlier, prayers were offered to the diamond-studded golden sword. The weight of the golden sword is 400 grams and its value estimated to be Rs 15 lakh approximately. The sword was presented to the EO amidst spiritual chants. Later, the temple authorities presented the donors with Sesha Vastrams of Swami Ammavaru along with prasadams.
