The details of the SUV have already been listed on Jaguar’s official Indian website. The launch is expected to happen in the festive season (September to November).

The first ever Jaguar SUV will be available in four variants namely Pure, Prestige, R-Sport and First Edition. The first two variants are powered by JLR’s new 2.0-litre Ingenium diesel engine which has 180 PS and 480 Nm of torque on store.

The R-Sport and First Edition variants are more upmarket and are powered by a 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine that is capable of dishing out 300 PS and a massive torque of 700 Nm. An 8-speed automatic transmission would be standard across the lineup and the F-Pace also gets all-wheel drive system.

The crossover which is based on the iQ aluminium intensive architecture like the XE and new XF. Standard features include InControl touchscreen infotainment system, powered front seats, dual-zone climate control, all surface progress control, cruise control, rear parking sensors, etc.

The fully loaded limited First Edition gets LED headlights, Meridian music system, 20-inch alloy wheels, windsor leather upholstery, panaromic sunroof, etc.
