ICS Corporate Advisors is now ICS Real Estate Partners

Mumbai: ICS Corporate Advisors Private Limited, the financial services arm of ICS Group, a diversified business group with interests in real estate, financial services and hospitality, has been renamed and will now be known as ICS Real Estate Partners Private Limited (IREP).

Commenting on the development, Mr. Deep Kantawala, Group CFO and Head, ICS Real Estate Partners Private Limited said, “This rebranding exercise is in-line with the Company’s mission to partner various stakeholders in the real estate sector. The Group has always partnered with renowned international domain leaders and IREP will develop customised solution and structures by leveraging on the Group’s in-depth understanding and network in the real estate and financial sector in India and abroad.”

Incorporated in 1995, the company over the last two decades has been active in the field of cross border transactions, fund raising and investment banking activities and is now more focused towards providing value added services to stakeholders in the real estate sector i.e. land-owners, developers and investors, both institutional and HNI’s. The company will endeavour to provide customised solutions and structures to meet funding or asset monetization requirements of an organisation.
