Mahindra SmartShift completes a yr
SmartShift, the technology-enabled load exchange platform, and a part of the Mahindra Group, announced the completion of its one year of service in the intra-city logistics space.
Hyderabad: SmartShift, the technology-enabled load exchange platform, and a part of the Mahindra Group, announced the completion of its one year of service in the intra-city logistics space.
Within one year of its launch, the platform, the first entrepreneurial startup incubated within the Mahindra Group, has become the preferred choice for over 10,000 stakeholders, clocking nearly 1,200 transactions a day. As its next milestone, it aims at creating a community of 1 million stakeholders in three years.
Presently operational in Mumbai and Hyderabad, SmartShift plans to expand its services to two more cities during the current financial year. “Over the last one year, SmartShift has become the preferred choice for transporters and customers alike. Going ahead, we will focus on nurturing customer relationships and moving beyond mere transactional business, to add significant value to the lives of our customers,” said Kausalya Nandakumar, CEO, SmartShift.
