Amravati: Bharat Vikas Group (BVG), India’s largest integrated service company, has bagged a contract for providing emergency medical services in the state. As part of the contract, the state government and BVG will offer emergency ambulance services round the clock by the Andhra Pradesh Emergency Medical Services, which is a joint venture between of Andhra Pradesh and consortium of BVG India Ltd and UK SAS. People those in need can avail of free ambulance medical emergency by dialing toll free number ‘108,’ according to a release.

We are providing medical emergency services to people of Maharashtra to best of our abilities and are confident that the same would be replicated in AP. We are confident that the core team and the entire workforce will bring relief to people who need medical services in distress and give them the best possible emergency services at crucial juncture.” Dr Dnyaneshwar Shelke, COO, has assured that the employment of existing EMTs,
pilots working on the 108 ambulances.
