Hyderabad: The National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India), the apex body of real estate agents and consultants, is gearing up to organise its 10th annual convention in Bengaluru from October 24. Being hosted by Bengalore Realtors Association- India (BRA-I), the two-day conclave is expected to see participation from 1,500 delegates from 40 cities in India and several international delegates from 40 countries. It is scheduled to be held at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre.

“The Convention is the most sought-after annual event where realtors, developers, investors and other stakeholders in real estate sector from all over India and the world, converge to share and learn, but above all, to connect to do business with each other,” Arani Sumanth Reddy, president, Hyderabad Realtors Association (HRA), told the Hans India. The participants also include architects, lawyers, venture capital firms, equity funds, property valuers, chartered accountants, etc.

The convention comprises meetings, conferences, discussions and also an exhibition where developers and others showcase their offerings and products. “The exhibition gives an ideal opportunity for developers to reach out to realtors and investors, and an equally ideal opportunity for realtors and investors to get first hand information on developers and their projects across the country,” said Farook Mahmood, Chairman, NAR-India 10th Annual Convention 2018.

An array of attractive business and learning sessions will be held at the conclave for two days, he added. NAR-India has 46 member-associations spread across 40 cities in the country. It has a total of over 50,000 members. The association aims at changing the country’s skyline by elevating the standards of practice of the real estate brokerage business to a global level where ethics, transparency, accountability, rule of law and governance prevail.
