Allu Arjun is all set to discover his musical side. After Pawan Kalyan, NTR, Mahesh Babu and Ravi Teja, the Allu boy is the latest entrant to join the bandwagon of actors singing for a film.

The stylish star, we’ve learnt, has crooned for a number in his forthcoming film ‘Sarrainodu’, directed by Boyapati Sreenu. The film’s music composer SS Thaman has already recorded the number.

Confirming the development, Thaman says, “We’ve been planning to record this number ever since the film was launched and I’m glad that it finally happened. There’s an idiom song in the film and Bunny and I thought it’ll be interesting if he sings it.

He obliged. It is for the first time he has sung and I’m super happy with the output. I’m confident that the song, once out, will a strike a chord with youngsters.”

Thaman has the reputation of making star heroes sing for a number in his album. He earlier made Ravi Teja, NTR, Simbu, Mahesh Babu, etc to sing for his tunes.

“Well, if the actor’s voice suits the situation and mood of the song, I believe that’s the best bet we can have. Fortunately, all the actors who I composed music for, are always looking to try different things, so these numbers are coming out well,” he states with a playful smile.
