After enacting in a few serials like ‘Code Red’, ‘Savdhaan India’ and ‘Crime Patrol’ and being part of commercials, Iranian actor Sareh Far is elated to finally debut in Hindi. Sharing details about her background, she reveals, “I came to India on studies and completed my education. Since childhood, I’ve been doing theatre and it helped me grow as an actor. I have also acted in an English play ‘The Lover’ by Harold Pinter staged at NCPA in Mumbai.”

The Persian born actress is excited with her back to back releases in contrasting genres. Her debut film ‘A Scandall’, directed by Ishan Shrivedi was released recently. “The storyline of the murder mystery is bold and is based on love, lust and revenge. I’m glad that my portrayal of a family friend being instrumental in getting the mystery solved has been well received by the audience,” says Sareh, who hired a Hindi tutor to perfect her accent and diction skills.

Her second film ‘Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara’, directed by Monjoy Mukerji, is up for release next month. “It’s a romantic comedy about four couples set in the beautiful locales of Kashmir. The story narrates how the couples are dealing with their relationships and problems in a comical way,” signs off the actress, who is also an instructor in Belly and Persian dance.
