The heavy downpour in Hyderabad on Wednesday has not just brought the life in the city and outskirts to a standstill but also cancelled the outdoor shoots of a bunch of Tollywood films. Prominent among them were Sai Dharam Tej’s next with Gopichand Malineni and Bekkam Venugopal’s ‘Daddy… Nenu Naa Boyfriends,’ starring Hebah Patel.
“Both the films were being shot in the city when rain hit them with full-force, prompting the unit to pack their bags for the day,” said a source. The source added that the makers of both the films are hoping that rain won’t play a spoilsport on Thursday, lest they will incur losses.
