Call it the ‘Pellichoopulu’ effect, Nandu is on a roll with multiple projects in his kitty. Having almost completed ‘Kannulo Nee Roopame’, the actor has green-lit ‘Jakkanna’ director Vamsi Krishna Akella’s new film which went on to floors in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Nandu, who would join the sets on Friday, says, “It’s a romantic thriller set in Araku. Richa Panai is cast opposite me.” He has also signed a film with Rashmi Gautam titled ‘Sivaranjani’. “Debutant Prabhakar will helm it. It’s a horror thriller and I will be shooting for it from November 4.”
Nandu would also be teaming up with VV Vinayak’s former associate Varaparasad for a thriller.
“The lead’s wedding is in 24 hours and he is stuck in a complex situation. How he comes out of it is told in a thrilling way. I’m super excited about this one. I’d be shooting for this alongside ‘Sivaranjani’,” he asserts, adding that ‘Kutumba Katha Chitram’ with Sree Mukhi too is wrapped up. “The audience will get to see a lot of Nandu next year. Be prepared!”
