Katamarayudu is Pawan’s Ugadi gift to his fans
‘Katamarayudu’ features Shruti Haasan alongside Pawan, while Ali, Rao Ramesh, Siva Balaji and Kamal Kamaraju will be seen playing key supporting roles.
Pawan Kalyan-starrer ‘Katamarayudu’ will be releasing on March 29, 2017 on the occasion of Ugadi. Although producer Sharrath Marar wanted to complete the film by December, his plans were thwarted by some unexpected developments including original director SJ Suryah walking out of the project (amicably to concentrate on acting), causing the delay.
However, the shoot has gained significant speed last month and as of now, Dolly has managed to wrap up filming some key portions involving Pawan.
“With Pawan giving word to Trivikram and AM Ratnam that he will join the shoot of their respective ventures very soon, the shoot of
‘Katamarayudu’ is going at a breakneck speed. At this rate, the talkie portions would be wrapped up December or January, leaving the unit good two months for post-production,” a source says.
