Nandini lands role in Rashmi’s film

Nandini Rai, who was last seen in ‘Mosagallaku Mosagadu’, seems upbeat about her next film, a bilingual (Telugu-Tamil), directed by Prabhakaran. The Hyderabadi-born Sindhi actress is glad to play an important role in the intense thriller, starring Rashmi Gautham.

“It’s a sympatric character just on the lines of ‘Maaya’. In fact, they saw the film and have offered me the character. I play a newlywed and how I get intrinsically drawn into a dangerous liaison and the mystery surrounding it makes for an interesting watch.

The preparation for the part did not involve much hard work except for shedding five kilos,’ Nandini shares. Apart from signing another film in Telugu, Nandini, who has endorsed over 80 brands, is also foraying into Tamil industry with ‘Grahanam’.
