Manoj gives his nod to Basti director

After giving his nod for Veerabhadram recently, Manchu Manoj, freshly, gave his consent to another project. It would be directed by Vasu Manthena, who made a disastrous debut with ‘Basti’ 18 months ago.

“The actor endorsed Manthena’s script particularly the way his character has been etched but is waiting for some formalities to be completed. It’s set in a very realistic space, which is something that Manoj hasn’t attempted of late. He is charged up about the collaboration,” informs a source.

The same source adds that it’s likely that Manoj will juggle between the sets of Veerabhadram and Manthena’s films. The actor is presently looking forward to the release of ‘Gunturrodu’.
