Reigning star Allu Arjun seems to be expanding his popularity beyond Tollywood and Mollywood. The Hindi dubbing rights of his upcoming film `Duvvada Jagannatham’ has been reportedly sold for Rs 7 crore-plus which is next only to the Rs 8.25 crore forked out for Pawan Kalyan’s `Sardar Gabbar Singh’ and Rs 28 crore for Mahesh Babu’s Telugu-Tamil-Hindi multilingual ‘SPYder’.

The Hindi dubbing rights of his upcoming film `Duvvada Jagannatham’ has been reportedly sold for Rs 7 crore-plus which is next only to the Rs 8.25 crore forked out for Pawan Kalyan’s `Sardar Gabbar Singh’ and Rs 28 crore for Mahesh Babu’s Telugu-Tamil-Hindi multilingual ‘SPYder’.

“Allu Arjun’s energetic performance caught the fancy of pan-India viewers since his previous entertainers like “Race Gurram’ and `Sarrainodu’ were well-received,” says a distributor who buys Hindi dubbing rights of Telugu films and adds “Duvvada...has enough potential to attract more eyeballs since Hindi viewers like to watch lavish and big-bang anger-driven Telugu films and Allu Arjun’s understated performance and his comic timing will help take his soaring popularity to a new high.”

The much-awaited film is being produced by Dil Raju and helmed by hotshot director Harris Shankar. Already, Allu Arjun’s Brahmin cook avatar riding an old scooter has triggered lot of hype around the wholesome entertainer. In fact, the reigning star's last outing 'Sarrainodu' rocked the box-office to become one of the top grossers in the annals of Telugu cinema. Surely, the dancing sensation is on a roll.
