Catherine needs to cut down on two-heroine films

Yet again, pretty actress Catherine Tresa will be sharing screen space and footage with another actress Hansika in her upcoming release ‘Gautam Nanda’. The actress has been playing mostly second fiddle these days. Recently, to Rakul Preet Singh in ‘Sarrainodu’ and now to Kajal in soon-to-be-released ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’.

“It’s high time Catherine cuts down on two-heroine films and should opt for main female lead roles which will do justice to her good looks and talent,’ says producer C N Rao and adds “Once an actress starts sharing screen space with other actresses, her brand value slips a bit and more second heroine roles fall in her lap,” he adds. Actually, Catherine played main heroine in Tamil films like ‘Madras’ and ‘Kanithan’, but choosing roles differently in Telugu. “One hit as a solo heroine, will catapult her to big league,’ Rao concludes.
