Vishnu has fallen from the bike which was at high speed and he suffered serious injuries as per the sources.
Vishnu was in Malaysia for shooting purpose of his upcoming flick and is currently busy with two projects Voter and Achari America Yatra which are being directed by GS Karthik Reddy and G Nageswara Reddy respectively.
