Lately, reports suggest that most of the distributors and third parties have acquired both the film rights through advance basis. It is a common practice that a distributor tends to acquire any film's rights on NRA (Non-Refundable Advance) if they have a lot of confidence in the success of the film.
Looks like buyers are playing a safe game. Sources informed, that if either Spyder or Jai Lava Kusa doesn't do good business at the box office, chances are the distributors might get their advance back. However, an official confirmation is awaited regarding the same.
Jai Lava Kusa and Spyder will hit the screens on September 21st and September 27th, respectively.
