Plot: Jai Lava Kusa is a story revolving around three brothers. Following the demise of their father in childhood, the brothers are taken care by their maternal uncle. However, a fire accident separates them from each other.
After 20 years, Lava is seen working as a Bank Manager and due to his innocent nature, he is always teased by his colleagues.
Jai, on the other hand becomes a notorious gangster dreaded by one and all. Later, Jai who is depicted as the Ravana in the movie, tries to enter Bhairanpur Politics.
Kusa, meanwhile, nurtures the dream of going to the US and steals Rs.25 Lakhs after making a deal with an Immigration officer. Unfortunately, on the same day, the Indian government announces the note ban and subsequently, the officer refused to take any money from Kusa. His USA plan goes haywire. Upset with this, he gets drunk and meets with an accident.
Guess what? The accident is occurred due to Lava and the two brothers end up meeting each other. They both share their problems and Lava introduces his brother Kusa to everyone in the Bank. On the same day, an amount of Rs 25 Lakhs is robbed from the Bank and officers blame Lava. While, everyone assumes Kusa to be the thief, someone kidnaps both Lava and Kusa.
The rest of the movie revolves around the mystery behind Lava and Kusa's kidnap and who stole the money from the Bank? Also, as to how the three brothers meet is the story to watch in the theatres.
Performance: Jr.NTR steals the show with his spectacular performance. Portraying three different shades in the movie, the actor has delivered his best. Jr.NTR's expression and dances moves are worth watching. It won't be surprising to call this act of Jr.NTR as his career best performance.
Raashi Khanna and Niveda Thomas have done justice to their roles, however, Ronit Roy aces his villanous character.
Plus Points:
Story
Climax
NTR's Triple Roles
Background score
Action stunts
Tamannaah's Special Number
Minus Points
Editing
Weak narration
Lacklustre second half
Verdict:
Jai Lava Kusa is racy entertainer. Don't miss it.
