Balayya’s swanky production office getting ready?

We all know that seasoned star Balakrishna is turning producer with his upcoming film ‘NTR’ and the producers have spotted a vacant land behind his house in Jubilee Hills. The Nandamuri star is teaming up with two producers Sai Korapatti and Visnu Induri for this magnum opus to be directed by Teja

. “We were looking for a swanky office at a couple of places, but couldn’t find an appropriate one,” says a source, close to the unit. However, Sai Korapati found a vacant land behind Balakrishna’s house in Jubilee Hills and they are planning to construct a huge office as the star would be visiting it quite often during the making of the film early-next year. “It is true that we are exploring the option of building a two-floored office with all the amenities since it is the production house of a leading star. Nevertheless, we are awaiting Balakrishna’s nod to go ahead with the construction work,” he adds. Even the production houses of other stars like Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh have been aesthetically built, then why should Balakrishna’s office fall behind, feel the film makers, the source concludes.
