Tamil Producer Ashok Kumar's suicide note

Kollywood producer Ashok Kumar who is the cousin and co-producer of director Sasi Kumar has committed suicide by hanging himself on Tuesday evening at his residence. The shocking news has shaken the entire film industry and Ashok had left a suicide note as well. Ashok cited harassment from a moneylender as the reason for his suicide.

“Sasikumar was a better boss who gave me all the freedom and the authority. But I pushed the company into debt and Sasikumar only does good for everyone. I or no one else can reciprocated that kindness back to him. Though we released all our movies at the right time over the last one decade, we did a mistake by borrowing money from Anbuchezhiyan who treated us very badly in the past six months. The worse part was that he threatened to kidnap the women in my family and the Officials, authorities, leaders of cine organisations were all on his side.

He can't be touched and I couldn't see Sasi bear the torture. As I am not able to save you from them, I'm killing myself. Please forgive me for leaving you all alone amid cunning men, please forgive me for that. The God who doesn't save me will save you and your family for sure.

Someone please tell Anbuchezhiyan that he might deal with the government and the officials but all m ask him to converse with the conscience when he is alone. He can make this letter doesn’t see the light of the day. Let him live long and be the only man to live well,” he wrote in the suicide letter.
