Story:
Krishna Prasad (Gopichand) comes to India for his marriage with Sruthi (Raashi Khanna), the daughter of Raghupathi (Jagapathi babu). Krishna Prasad learns that Raghupathi's family is in danger with the family rivalry connected to Veerabhadram (Shayaji Shindey). What happens then and how did Krishna Prasad save this family is the story of the movie.
Performances:
The film has got the good casting. Gopi Chand is excellent in the role he has played. His role has got a lot of intensity in portraying the emotions and actions. He is good and performed within his limits. His dialogue delivery, body language and performance will make him the real action star. The performances in the film are really good. Anu Emanuel and Rashi Khanna have played the female leads in the film. Both of them are very good and the senior actors like Chandra Mohan and Jagapathi Babu also performed well and they lived up to the expectations. On a whole, the entire casting department did well.
Technical aspects:
Technically, the film Oxygen is in high level. The film is impressive to the maximum extent and it can easily understand that by seeing the output. The cinematography of the film is very nice and impressive. Chota K Naidu's seniority has helped in this. S.B.Uddhav's editing is good. The music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja is nice and his background score also came well. The production values are grand. On a whole the film is very nice in terms of technical aspects.
Verdict:
The film Oxygen has a noble cause to deal with. The makers have worked hard in cooking out an interesting story around this noble point. The entire second half is straight on content but the first half is weak with the routine story and it is a major disappointment.
Had the makers concentrated on the content in the first half instead of the routine screenplay, the movie would have been nice. Keeping that aside, the film has some good action sequences which will impress all. With good performances, the movie is good in parts.
