Very recently, the actress apparently travelled to Coimbatore and Kerala for spa therapy and is on the verge of overcoming her pain. She is opting for the natural therapies to overcome the pain. Anushka is expected to make her public appearance during the promotions of her next film Bhaagamathie, directed by Ashok of Pilla Zamindar fame.
