Anjali signs an author-backed role
Talented actress Anjali who was seen in big ticket Telugu films like \'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu\' and \'Geetanjali\' is now returning to T-town with \'Guntur Talkies 2\' to be produced by M Rajkumar who made films like \'Raja Meeru Keka\'.

"It is a full-fledged entertainer with loads of nail-biting moments, comedy and love," says the producer, who also roped in bombshell Laxmi Rai for his female-oriented film to be hemmed by Karri Balaji. “Two glamourous girls will be the big attraction for our film which revolves around real-life incidents," adds the producer.
While Anjali played the heroine in many films, Laxmi Rai retained her popularity by doing item numbers with Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. No doubt, it is an interesting cast of sorts.
