Rakul has three films on hand

Contrary to rumours that offers have dried up for hotshot Rakul Preet Singh, the actress is holding discussions for three films. Even though, her last two releases ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka’ and ‘Spyder’ tanked at the box-office, it hasn’t dented her popularity.

“These rumours are baseless. Hits and flops are part of any actor’s life. Although, she received 6 to 7 offers, Rakul was impressed with the script of three films one each in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi as well,” says a source, close to the actress.

The ‘Ra Randoi Veduka Chudham’ star has taken a break for a couple of weeks to get into shape and now is raring to go, adds the source. “In two days, a big announcement is in the offing,” he concludes. No doubt, Rakul has moved to the big league faster than her peers riding on her good looks and talent.

Meanwhile, her Hindi film ‘Aiyyare’ is complete in which she has done a performance-oriented role. "She is a great admirer of director Neeraj Pandey and she couldn't say no to this challenging role which taps into her acting chops," the source concludes.
