After a lot of struggles and controversies, the film finally hit the theatres on 25th of January and opened to positive reviews from everyone. Ranveer Singh's performance as Allauddin Khilji and Deepika Padukone's performance as Padmaavat was widely appreciated by everyone.
The film scored 100 Cr rupees in just four days and now we have an update that the film reached 300 Cr club. The director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has told that the film never intended to demean Rajput clan and expressed happiness for the massive success. The film is still holding a successful run in many areas and we are hoping that the film will also enter the 500 Cr club soon.
