Touch Chesi Chudu movie collected a total share of (crores) 3.14, 1.20, 0.90, 0.74, 0.75, 0.66, 0.59, and 0.35 in Nizam, Ceded, UA, Guntur, East, West, Krishna and Nellore regions. The film's total collection in both the Telugu states is 8.33 crore rupees. The rest of India's collection is 0.75 crore rupees and the Overseas collection is 0.65 crore rupees. The final closing worldwide share of the movie is 9.73 crore rupees.
Ravi Teja, Seerat Kapoor and Raashi Khanna played the lead roles in the film. Directed by a newcomer Vikram Sirikonda, the film is produced by Srinivas Nallamalapu and Vamshi Vallabhaneni.
