Rishabh Shetty is the director of the movie. The film's remake in Telugu is directed by a new comer Sharan Koppisetty. Chandoo Mondeti penned the dialogues while Sudheer Varma wrote the screenplay for the movie. Nikhil, Samyuktha Hegde and Simran Pareenja played the lead roles in the film and check out the review of the film here.

Story:

Krishna(Nikhil), a young student of Usha Rama engineering college enjoys life at it comes to him. The entry of Meera(Simran) changes his life and gives him a new dimension. What happens then? How did Meera's entry change his life ? What happens in the end? Forms the story of the film.

Performances:

Nikhil Siddharth did a commendable job in this film. He worked hard for his physical transformation but his look in the second half could have been better. Nikhil gave his best for this movie and we can say that this is one of his best films in his career.

Simran Parinja is a new comer who made an impressive debut with the film. She is good with looks as well as performance. Samyuktha Hegde, on the other side made her debut with an energetic role. She has given her best and performed well. Rakendh Mouli and other actors who played Nikhil's friends in film are good and gave good support to the lead cast. Brahmaji shined in a short role. All the other actors are good and made their presence felt.

Technical aspects:

The film's dialogues were written by Chandoo Mondeti. The dialogues came out well in the movie. The screenplay is written by Sudheer Varma which is impressive. The cinematography by Advaitha Gurumurthy is one of the positive aspects of the film.

His camera work is decent and there is a bit change in tone when compared to the first story and second story in the movie. Ajaneesh Lokanath's music is the major asset for the film and his background score is also outstanding. The editing by M R Varma is good and neat. The production values are rich.

Verdict:

Kiraak Party is one of the campus dramas that come with an interesting tale of love and friendship. The film has the traces of Malayalam hit films Premam, Bangalore Days and Telugu film Happy Days.

While the original makers concentrated more on the emotion, the Telugu makers focused on nativity and nostalgia moments. The film is tight with strong performances from the lead actors and impressive music. Except for a few ups and downs here and there, the movie is good for the maximum extent.

On the whole, Kiraak Party is one film that must not be missed.
