Actress Anu Emmanuel had to celebrate her birthday on Wednesday in the flight since she was returning to India from Los Angeles after shooting a song with Allu Arjun for her upcoming film 'Naa Peru Shiva Naa Illu India,' but doesn't regret it. "It is part of my job, I have no regrets," said the actress. She believes in giving priority to 'work' over 'personal life' and that attitude is helping her to scale new heights in T-town.
After working with Pawan Kalyan, she will be playing the love interest to Naga Chaitanya and also set to woo Ravi Teja in 'Amar Akbar Antony,'. "She is getting loads of offers, but she is very choosy in picking the right ones. She likes to work with big stars since they get her more name and mileage," says a source, close to the actress.
Right now, the actress is getting glam-centric roles that exploit her good looks than talent, but she doesn't mind. "An actor should do justice to any kind of role. It could be glamourous or a performance-oriented role, It should give her the best shot," the source concludes.
Interestingly, while the Malayalam actresses like Keerthy Suresh, Sai Pallavi and Niveda Thomas are reluctant to indulge in skin show, Anu doesn't mind it and she showcased her curves in mass films like 'Oxygen'. No doubt, Anu understands the needs of Telugu filmmakers and she is definitely racing ahead of her peers with more big films.
