We all know that the biopic of ace badminton champion Pullela Gopichand is soon going to hit the floors. Sudheer Babu will be seen playing the role of this champion and the film will have the journey of Gopi as a player and as a coach.

The team is currently busy in finalizing the cast and crew of the project and planning to take the help of Bollywood casting director Mukesh Chabbra for the suitable cast, who earlier worked for films like ‘Dangal’, ‘Rockstar’ and ‘Haider’ among others.
As per the latest updates, the makers are discussing with Neerja writer Sanyuktha Chawla Shaikh to pen Hindi version dialogues. Director Praveen Sattaru is keen on capturing these matches to bring authenticity to the film. The losses won’t be a problem. The film will be shot in countries like China, Japan, Ireland, Scotland, and India. It will be produced by Fox Star Studios and Abundantia Entertainment jointly and will be shot in Hindi and Telugu simultaneously.
