Vizianagaram: Police arrested a jilted youth, who attacked a girl in Vizianagaram, on Tuesday. According to police, K Vikram, an MBA student, who hails from Srungavarapukota, attacked G Gauthami, a degree student, as she rejected his proposal. He attacked the girl with a knife at her home at Gajularega in front of her parents.
