Lightning kills farm labourer
When they were busy in the agricultural work, lightning struck. In the incident, Komma Nageswara Rao (50) died on the spot and Balaswamy seriously injured. The other labourers shifted them to Chintalapudi government hospital, where doctors declared Nageswara Rao brought dead. The relatives of Nageswara Rao took the body to their village. Balaswamy is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Eluru: A 50-year-old agriculture labourer was killed and another seriously injured, when a lightning struck them in their agriculture field in Ganijerla village in Chintalapudi mandal of West Godavari district on Friday.According to reports, about 10 labourers of Chinnampeta village in Krishna district went to Ganijerla village to work in an agriculture field.
