One Subani, has been arrested by blue colt police for sending vulgar messages and videos to the nearly 30 women through Facebook.
Acting on a complaint, from one of the victims, who approached One Town police station here on Friday and sought protection citing threat from Subani, blue colt police arrested him.
He has been harassing her from past one month and sending vulgar messages and videos.
