Women drowns children, commits suicide

A woman and two children were found dead in River Godavari here on Thursday.
Basara (Nirmal): A woman and two children were found dead in River Godavari here on Thursday.
The deceased were identified as Archana, her daughter Ammulu and four-month old son, of Dimmaturthi village in Dichpalli mandal.
According to sources, Archana along with her children went to Nizamabad for treatment. Later, she went to Basara where she allegedly drowned her children in the river and committed suicide.
Her family members said that she was mentally unsound for quite some time. Her husband works in Gulf. Police registered case and investigation is on.
